great variety breakfast buffet unpleasant odor clogged sinks

the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options.

The air conditioning in my room didn't work well. Some nights i woke up sweating, very unpleasant. the mop used by housekeeping left an unpleasant odor too. sinks were clogged also.

a mixed bag of experiences, honestly

humid room inattentive staff

the air conditioning really seemed to struggle, and it was annoyingly humid in the room. also, the elevators, i swear, had a mind of their own. i pressed my floor button but it would go to others first, this happened more than once. the staff didn't seems to care too much when i reported the elevator issue, maybe its a known problem?

great breakfast buffet attentive staff laundry delay key system

The breakfast buffet was a great treat. It offered so many options I found new favorites. The staff was friendly and also attentive to my needs.

The front desk did not give my laundry back on time. She said they would donate it. The key system fails often and I had to return to the desk to reprogram the keys.

super friendly staff priceless location great breakfast slow wifi dated decor frequent resets

the staff was super friendly. the location is priceless. breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

the wifi was slow. the decor is dated. i had to go back to the front desk for it to be reset. (the room key deactivated every time i entered and left the building).
